They have been established for over 150 years and have manufactured more than 5 million boilers.
Thomas Potterton founded the company in Ballam, London in 1850 with the first gas boiler installation in 1902.
In 1969 Potterton produced its millionth boiler.
They were awarded the best buy by Which? magazine for the Potterton Gold Combi 24 HE four years running (2006 – 2010).
Potterton is also part of BDR Thermea, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of heating systems and services.
